HEALTHY BY LAUGHING

Prevent grief and depression, because they are like a deadly hatch through which waves of viruses and bacteries enter.

Did you know that LAUGHING chases away diseases and lenghtens life while sadness and depression attract viruses and create diseases.
This is not just an invention of some positive person, but findings of recent investigations.

And this theory is not new. Already in the 16th century, François Rabelais, as a good physician, said: “Laughter is typical for humans”. He advised his patients to laugh as a healing method.
He was the first pioneer to prescribe laughter as an infallible method to relieve suffering.

Laughter therapy is a mental technique that teaches us to be better prepared for daily life situations. Exercises that help us to regain laughter and develop a good sense of humour.

Having a good sense of humour does not mean laugh a lot, but perceive daily life events from a more happy and cheerful perspective.

Things don’t affect us by what they are, but by what they represent to us. Most important is not what happens to us, but what we think about what happens to us.

We know that when we feel joy (and even more when we laugh) we secrete endorfinas. These are neurohormones whose mission it is to strengthen our immunity. They send messages to our brain and other cells, saying that the body must fight against invading virusses and bacteries.

In this way they they help us to keep our bodies healthy and our minds happy.
