LOOK AT YOUR INNER SELF

To be able to look at your inner-self you need to take some distance from yourself.

Take a step back and look at yourself, what goes on inside that person, that you are?
What does he think, what does he feel? How does he react.
Look without making comments, as an outsider, try to observe as neutral as possible.

You might see a person that likes to do everything different, who is happy or sad, a person that worries or gets angry or violent, a person that judges.
However there is also the spectator in you, who only observes what is happening.
This is the resting-place within, that stays calm whatever is going on.

The spectator does not know fear. He just takes notice of what is happening.
You can decide who you want to identify with.

If you have fears that accompany you, instead of holding on to them and talk about them you can try to observe them in a neutral way; observe how they come and how they disappear again. Yes, they disappear if you just leave them alone.
Even if they keep coming back two, ten or many times, they will not affect the spectator.

ENERGY FLOWS WHERE ATTENTION GOES

We saw it on Oprah.

Have you seen the Oprah Winfrey Show on the law of Attraction?
Wasn’t it amazing, James Arthur Ray and Michael Beckwith were there, explaining the working of the Law of Attraction.

“Energy flows where Attention goes” is an excellent way of explaining this universal Law.
Every time we bring our attention to a certain subject, energy flows in that very same direction.
Everything in the universe has a tendency to expand and energy makes things grow.

The things you focus on expand, they grows bigger.

Another interesting quote discussed in the Oprah Winfrey Show is from Mother Theresa.
When she was asked to participate in an “anti-war” manifestation, she said, “No thank you, however if you want to invite me to a manifestation “For Peace” I will say yes.

Fighting against something like wars, drugs, bad education or whatever, means the focus is on wars, drugs or bad education.
And everything we put our focus on, receives energy and will consequently grow bigger.

THE CHOICE TO BE THE VICTIM

I have thought a lot about this and would like to share the following with you:

There is one very important lesson that Law of Attraction teaches us.
The situation, the circumstances we are in are a result of what we think, how we feel and how we act.

Funny, because we have always thought that our situation is as it is and we merely react to it.
Maybe the circumstances you are in right at this moment are not what you would like them to be and you think, Yeah, but my mother did this, or my teacher said that, or my friend, or the weather, the government……

But within the Law of Attraction, there is no place for excuses. Everything that is going on in your life is attracted by you.

Knowing this it is no longer possible to point your finger at someone else and say; I am a victim.

This is a very good thing, because the more we realize this, the more reason we have to apply the LOA deliberately and create the circumstances that we desire.
