WE LIVE THE WAY WE THINK

Do you believe this??

When you look back at the end of a normal day, how would you say you have experienced it?
Most likely it has been a day like so many others, nothing exciting, nor negative nor positive.

I am sure when a day passes by in which you experience something exciting you feel much better, the world looks brighter and the people around you react more friendly.
And if your neighbour parked his car on your driveway again, or somebody bumps into you with his shopping cart while you are shopping in a hurry, it doesn’t upset you as it would normally do.

Wouldn’t it be interesting if you could experience every day as an exciting day and live a life more intense and more cheerful?

I am convinced that by changing your thinking you can change your life.

The purpose of “THE ENRICH LIFE” Newsletter is to help you understand that what you think about in a consisting way will create your reality.

My sincere wish is that reading the newsletters will help you change your life forever.

FIRST FEEL, THEN LOOK

Another Thing I have learnt from Abraham.

Feel, then Look.
(Instead of Look, then Feel).

Instead of looking at the world around us and then respond to it, we can choose to first decide how we want to feel and then look at our world.

We have always been taught the first way. If something bad happens to us, we have a fearful response, if something good happens to us, we have a joyful response.
Bad things are always happening around us. If you give your attention to them you feel emotions of fear or terror.

If we try to NOT just look around and take what is happening as it is given to us, but instead decide how we want to tune our responses, we will become more selective observers.
In this way we gain control of what we offer vibrationally and that means we have control of our point of attraction.
