I am unhappy and it is my fault?

This is a question that many people ask themselves.
"Everything is going wrong, bad luck is following me everywhere, other people are always lucky and have everything, why not me? And then, on top of that, it is my own fault?"
The change to happiness starts with an open and positive attitude. And, you must really WANT to be happy. That may sound strange but what happens is that people (unconsciously) choose to stay in the unsatisfactory situation that they are in and (unconsciously) persist in the role of the victim. Because as long as we point our finger to something or someone in our environment and blame it or him for the bad things that happen to us, we are not taking responsibility for ourselves.
In some weird way being a victim can brings us something, maybe a secure feeling, attention perhaps? Feeling the victim has brought unhappiness to many. And because transmitting these negative waves of vibration it will only attracts more misery every single day.
A change to happiness will not come by itself as long as we send out these negative vibrations. So, we keep on complaining about all this shit that is coming over us and the circle is complete.
We can only break this circle the moment we make the CHOICE to feel happy. We need to break this vicious circle. Maybe it is necessary to go through different phases, anger or grief before we can be what we want and take our steps in the right direction.
Help might be needed to do so, but help is all around. If we first make the decision we want the change, we will automatically shift our focus and, as a result, help will be attracted by us.
